What is a DISC assessment?
DISC is a wonderful tool to measure your natural tendencies or patterns of behavior. There is a reason you click with some people and clash with others and this quick assessment will empower you to understand yourself, family members, co-workers and friends in a profound way. It is a critical step in self awareness because it will enable you to become a better communicator, minimize or prevent conflicts, appreciate the differences in others and positively influence those around you. This 25 page assessment is highly accurate in pinpointing areas of strength and potential weaknesses. It uses four main styles:
Dominant – direct, decisive and driven
Interactive- Imaginative, influential and intuitive
Supportive – Sincere, sympathetic and selfless
